FRUKTIFEST 2013

4th international fruitarian gathering

Aix en Provence, South of France

A camp organized by the Fructivore Club.




Our fruitarian gathering is free of charge, friendly, participative and run on a cooperative basis: everybody brings their fruit and the equipment that they would need (tent, blanket, including toilet paper), welcomes the new participants, proposes an activity or participates if they wish in a project (1 hour per day), sow their seeds.


The site favours a wild setting with the less possible structures, and solar heated water as much as you like, for bathing and then for the plant irrigation, to increase the feeling of unity with nature.


In 2012 it was a beautiful gathering, gathering about 50 persons during 2 weeks, so about half of that at the same time, with activities and free contributions proposed by the participants which have been very appreciated.

Fruktifest being the only fruitarian event/space in the world in the year: If one wishes to eat, one eats only fresh juicy fruit: apple, peach, melon, tomato, etc. No greens, no roots, no grains, no seeds, no nuts. To allow everyone to feel this unique experience, please eat only fruit at the Fruktifest.

Protected from any drug, any smoke : authentic humans.


Main languages will be French, English, Italian and Castillan/Spanish.


Children welcome.


An animal-friendly gathering : no skin, no leather, no wool, no cosmetics tested on animals. Pets are our friends though they are not invited on the site.


Dogs are not allowed in the Fruktifest, because some potential prey walking free are favored : hedgehog, rabbit, cats, chicken. On the other hand, it would be very unpleasant to walk or to lie down on the dog shits, or unpleasant for the dog to be attached.

In the naturist zone you may be naked like in the Garden of Eden.





There will not be the “against nature” marks that one finds usually in the towns and campsites (toilets in concrete, main sewers, paths, lampposts...). On the ground are spread many water taps of quality (analysed, clear and coming from a deep source taken from a limestone cave under 45 meters of clay, again without light or developments, only earth and canopy.

Of course, we won't defecate in our drinking water: the toilet put to use is dry, to make a compost with wooden shavings.


The organisation is collegiate, which means that everyone welcomes or informs the others and finds solution to problems or defects that he would find, informing the host. There is not one organizer who is supposed to do everything but it's your contribution which will do a beautiful site and an enjoyable gathering. All the informations that you may need, for the functionning of the site and the touristic, natural producers and grocers, will be send by mail and then displayed on the big board of the information point under the big oak. Please avoid to ask only one person questions, that is tiring multiplied by the number of participants, please look instead informations that you will receive by email, the board, or ask as much as possible the other friendly participants.
The details eventually needed will be discussed at the daily general meeting at 5PM.


To favor the general interest, the free of charge and the degrowth, the only sales authorized will be those of certified organic fruits. To avoid any misappropriation of our volunteer efforts, no book promotion, therapies, etc...

In 2012, some had helped some to gather fruit at the end of markets or crops, or to buy in one of the organic shops around. The shop that was very close to the site has closed down but there are some reachable in less than 10 minutes by car.


In 2012, a free financial participation according to your means,

was sufficient to pay the water and telephone charges used during the event.

Other dates "collective project" as volunteer:

Some persones can come before, to prepare and enjoy also some good time.
Volunteers can come the whole year and especially one or two weeks before the beginning, but the end date cannot be changed, this in order to respect the beginning of the pranic/breatharian festival that will start the 17th in Brittany en Bretagne.
Send an email and Eddie will answer in a variable period of time according to his logging to the Fruktifest mail box. Together the possibilities to sublimate paradise are numerous, how to make the surprise of new baths?

To remove everything that does not belong to nature, tidy up the projects, setting up a shed, fit 10 baths and two SPAs and their solar heating pannels, stones to bring back from the river "Durance", end the big pond, 5 days? (tarp to come), also maybe to renovate a stream if plenty of volunteer?

When?

- on one hand at any time of the year for the persons who would pass in the area and would stop 2 to 8 days,

- on the other hand 2 weeks before the Fruktifest

- And one week before for the second replacing team that the first team would encourage.

Everyone being independant as food and camping is concerned, there will be not result expectation nor martial exploitation ;), but the skills of everyone will be welcome.

Pre-Fruktifest

In Italy it will be a Pre-Fruktifest only apples,  just before the Fruktifest in France. It will be in the North of Italy , Ponte di Nava, Liguria. Date :25 july - 3 august

MELAVIVO
finalmente nasce il raduno melariano in natura, un esperienza di crescita e di condivisione: in cammino verso il naturismo al 100%.
In questo raduno l'unico cibo che ci nutrirà saranno le mele rosse (preferibilmente stark).
Chi vuole mangiare altro, compresa altra frutta è pregato di uscire dal raduno per agevolare l'esperienza agli altri partecipanti.
Il raduno è un'esperienza aperta a tutti, anche ai neofiti del fruttarismo, durante il raduno ci saranno momenti di dibattito e spiegazioni sul FRUTTARISMO SOSTENIBILE, il cammino verso la dieta perfetta e in totale armonia con la natura, sia la nostra che quella che ci circonda.
L'esperienza di mangiare solo mele rosse in gruppo è molto più facile di quello che si possa immaginare, ma è importante come si entra: da qualsiasi dieta venite è fondamentale fare un ingresso alcalino (cibi alcalinizzanti: zucca, frutti ortaggio, olive, avocado, patate) per evitare stress o sintomi da disintossicazione durante l'esperienza stessa.
Durante il raduno ci saranno momenti di gioco liberamente condivisi dagli stessi partecipanti, momenti di musica, quindi si invita tutti a portare strumenti per suonare, momenti di condivisione attraverso la parola (cerchi).
La sera si potrà stare insieme attorno al fuoco. Il fuoco verrà fatto solo ed esclusivamente con legna caduta a terra, questo per essere il più possibile a impatto zero per il luogo.
Durante il raduno i cerchi e le condivisioni sull'alimentazione saranno solo sul FRUTTARISMO SOSTENIBILE.
Per rispetto della natura, per lavare il corpo useremo solo l'acqua del fiume lì presente senza utilizzare saponi (neanche naturali) dentifrici e carta igienica. Per i nostri bisogni solidi si scaverà una buca in terra e ci si laverà con dell'acqua contenuta in una bottiglietta che siete pregati di portarvi dietro. La buca poi va ben coperta con terra ed eventuale cenere.
Ognuno è invitato ad arrivare con le mele necessarie per se e volendo anche in più per condividerle.
Li vicino c'è un paese con un ortofrutta dove potremmo chiedere altre mele nel caso ci servano.
È importante per l'esperienza portare gioia e voglia di divertirsi...vogliamo goderci la vita....al MELAVIVO IO MELAGODO

Cercate di condividere l'evento con persone con bella energia e in linea col raduno è un raduno aperto a tutti, ma non tutti ancora sono pronti. Siate responsabili di chi invitate.
Qui sotto riporto la mappa del luogo dove avverrà l'incontro. Il luogo è facilmente raggiungibile, ma l'ultimo tratto dal parcheggio al luogo è da farsi a piedi in circa 15/20 minuti di cammino (che saranno segnati da appositi straccetti colorati appesi agli alberi durante il cammino) tutto pianeggiante. Il parcheggio si trova su una strada sterrata. Dal giardino parcheggio comunale fino al parking la strada sarà tutta sterrata. I bivi saranno sempre segnalati con straccetti colorati. Gli orari del bus possono non essere aggiornati. Siete pregati di controllare su internet. La svolta verso viozene è a ponte di nava e andando verso viozene vi troverete sulla sinistra il giardino parcheggio comunale.
